This licence governs every report you buy from HostingBrain ApS, CVR 46679091, VAT DK46679091, Store Kannikestræde 10, 1169 København K, Denmark ("we"). The person or organisation named in the
file is the licensee ("you").
1. What you may do
Reports describe markets and companies; they are not contact or prospect lists.
Use the report for your own purposes - inside your organisation, if you bought for one - for as long
as you like.
Let your employees and contractors use it for those purposes, under a duty of confidentiality.
Share it with your professional advisers - lawyers, accountants, consultants - for your own matter,
under the same duty.
Quote a figure, a chart or a short passage in your own documents and presentations, internal or
external, with the attribution "Source: HostingBrain".
2. What you may not do
No redistribution. You may not sell, publish, share, sublicense or otherwise make the report,
or a substantial part of it, available to anyone outside the uses above.
No reconstructing the data. You may not combine reports, repeated purchases or any other output
of ours to rebuild the underlying dataset, or any list of domains, in whole or in part.
No scraping. You may not extract our data by automated means from the report, our website or
our product.
No identifying individuals. You may not use a report to identify, profile or contact a natural
person, including a sole trader behind a domain.
No competing model. You may not use a report to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning
model, or to build a dataset or product, that is offered to others or competes with ours.
Keep the marking. You may not remove or alter the licensee name, order number or source notice
in the file.
3. Ownership
We keep every right in the reports and in the data behind them, including copyright and the database
right. You receive a licence, not ownership.
4. If the licence is broken
If you break this licence we may end it by writing to you. You then stop using the report and delete
your copies. Ending the licence does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Law
Danish law applies and the courts of Copenhagen have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory law of the country where you live still protects you, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
