Refund policy

Reports are files generated for your order. If you buy as a consumer, the rights consumer law gives you where you live apply in full, and this policy adds to them. Beyond those rights, a file cannot be returned once downloaded, so we do not refund on request. We do refund in full in these cases:

You did not receive the file within two business days of paying.
The file is defective - it will not open, it is the wrong product, or it is materially incomplete against the product description - and we cannot fix it within five business days of your message.
You bought the same report twice by mistake within 14 days - the same product for the same subject. We refund the second purchase.

If you believe a figure in a report is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the purchase. We check it, and where we were wrong we correct the data and send you a corrected file.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Pro or Analyst subscription at any time in Polar's customer portal, and you are not charged again. We do not refund a month that has already started, beyond what consumer law where you live gives you.

How to ask

For the cases above, write to [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase, with your order number. Refunds are paid by Polar, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used, and a refunded order's download is withdrawn. Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank - we answer within two business days.
